Congrats! Do not forget that you are now on the I-751 removal of conditions train. This is what a winning TOC for the I-751 looks like https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...nent-Residence

The want evidence since the date of your marriage. Overload your application. That's the way to do it. All the best,

Many have found the resources on this thread very useful in preparing their evidence of bona fide marriage for their initial AOS filing and their subsequent interview. https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...428#post590428

You're DONE my friend! Congratulations! You may file for naturalization 90 days before your 3 year anniversary as a permanent resident on the basis of marriage to a US citizen for those 3 years. They will want to see evidence of bona fide marriage, but it is definitely not to the level of detail that you had to submit for AOS.

          Thank you so much!
I'm vawa recipient, I'm divorced, I read that I will be able to apply in 3 years, since my ex was a us citizen. They did ask me for some bona fide evidence on my interview. So I will keep it, just in case.
Again thank you for your help. Nice way to finish 2018. I hope everyone get's a happy ending.

I would double check on that. Now that you are divorced, you would be eligible to apply 90 days before your 5-year anniversary as a permanent resident.

                .
Do you mean that you went to the interview without your spouse. Do you have any idea how often they approve people with vawa? Please give me more info on how you do it boss. Thanks in advance

Just google "VAWA" and how to file for AOS under VAWA.

I should add that VAWA is a sensitive subject in most forums. So most people won't openly talk about their circumstances, etc. There is a big thread on vi$a j0urney. It's pages and pages of VAWA.

I just got notifications (app notification, text, e-mail) that my interview was scheduled January 22nd. My PD is May 3rd 2018 and my i-485 has been ready for an interview since 09/11. AOS for marriage to USC from F1 visa. Filing in Newark.

I saw that another Newark filer on this forum had their interview scheduled in late December for mid-February and their PD was sometime in late April. It seems that they are starting with May filers now. From what I have seen, most family-based cases filed at Newark take between 9 and 13 months, which is consistent with the processing times posted on USCIS (50% of cases resolved by 10.5 months and 93% resolved by 20.5).
