Sep 2018 I-485 Application in F2B Category (Unmarried son/daughter of PR parent)

Recently Sep 2018 Visa Bulletin shows considerable advancement in F2B category. I am guessing there will be many parents (like me) / individual will be working and submitting the I-485 package in month of Sep. I am starting this thread to discuss, and to share the experience of long journey.
My lawyer is preparing the package for my daughter (F2B) and will submit soon (PD Dec 2012).
