I am no where near my interview (shoot , I haven?t even gotten my EAD yet) but here?s my humble advice: Read threads here that has great ideas on how to prepare for this interview. Please follow the advice here, they are not immi officer but heck they are good. Also, read thread of people who have already been to there interviews!

All documents to establish your eligibility means to bring everything that prove a bona fide marriage - obviously that?s all that is important at this moment.
Best of wishes! Please come back to share your experience.

      Thank you.

Also, can i make copies of the birth certificate? Or do I need to go to country clerk to get the original at interview?

I have heard before to walk with all original officials documents. Make a copy or 2 in case the immi officer asks. A document such as your or the other party birth certificate should be presented in original form.

In our experience - they check our original birth certficate, marriage certificate and lease. they also ask for our ID's. We presented our passports and drivers license/state ID. You can also make copies of it just in case they want to keep a copy or they will keep your original.

What we did in our documents - we have 3 binders. 1st binder are the original documents (birth and marriage certificate, lease, i-94, US Visa, etc), 2nd binder are the copies of the documents we already submitted along with the application when we filed and 3rd binder are the updated bank/credit card statements and additional documents that we have not include with our application. In that way, it will be easy to just hand it to the officer.
