Can Day 1 CPT students apply for Dependent GC

I need your valuable suggestion. Can a person who is on day 1 cpt apply for Family based GC

As you all know that there are strict rules that are passed based for day 1 cpt students. Will Filing I-485 be an Issue ?

You are free to apply for adjustment of status anytime. You may want to weigh your options - AOS vs Consular processing. The latter can be a faster when compared to some field offices.
