Traveling after Unlawful Precense with Advanced Parole
Can someone give some input about traveling with AP after being under "Unlawful Presence"? I overstated for 6 months before applying to I-485. I've read some mix opinions about it and im afraid i would have any problem returning back after a quick(1 week) emergency trip.

Any suggestion /opinion would be nice! Thanks

I don't have an answer for you. I would probably err on the side of caution and just wait for your green card to arrive in the mail since you are adjusting through the Cuban Adjustment Act.

Been reading comments from personal experiences online, so far I have not read anything about getting denied coming back with a history of overstaying.
It really depends on the person.
I personally would use my AP next year after years of overstaying.
My attorney who?s pretty influencial here in SF told me, as long as I have not committed any crimes in the past,
I should be fine. But then theres always that small risk.
