I131 Question

Hello all,

When we filed in March, we filed the I130, I765 and I485 concurrently. The person who did our paperwork was skeptical about filing the I131 because she said with the current political climate, it's better safe than sorry. We received our I765 last month (August) and are now kicking ourselves because we did not file for the AP. Is it too late? How would we go about filing for it now?

No, you can file it now free and it will take 3-5 months. Read the instruction on USCIS website!

OH COOL! Sorry. I just wanted to make sure.
PNG is the default for most screenshot software. You can just right the file and select "save as".
Or you can open it with Paint and then "save as"
