No, you can't unfortunately. They won't let you enter without the letter. Also in that document, when they are done, they will scan specific bar codes in it for 485 and 765 and then stamp the letter (important for you to keep as a proof you did the biometrics if any problem).

I am a AOS filers with F3 family based petition. Currently on H1B visa in USA. Filed via NBC but I believe my field office will be Baltimore.

Timeline:
my case: F3 based AOS
concurrent filing: I-485, I-765, I-131
Date package sent: 09/06/2018
NOA received: 09/20/2018
Biometric notice: 09/21/2018
Bio done: 10/05/2018
Interview: awaiting
EAD/AP card: awaiting
Green card: awaiting

Any idea about how long should it take for interview to be scheduled after fingerprints? Also, anyone with Family based other than marriage?

I was able to add my 2 other receipt numbers to my account and got an update:

" On October 9, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485 "

They cashed the check on 26th though. Let's see how long is it going to take to get the appointment letter..

Yeah 3 out of 3 works on the USCIS website.
1 out of 3 works on the DHS website.

No, I did not receive the letter yet, seems like it takes a week after the fee is received.

All 4 receipt numbers finally work on the DHS website and app, but still not on myUSCIS. I see the last update on the I-485 was "On October 9, 2018 we accepted the fingerprint fee (...) we mailed you a notice". Does that "notice" refer to the biometrics appointment?

I believe the notice that update is referring to is the I-797C, Notice of Action confirming your application was received. I did not actually see any update when the biometrics appointment letter was sent, but I received it only a week after the original notice.

Hi guys, so I just got my entire package back in the mail The letter they sent says that my i 485 was rejected because I filed it on an outdated version which is extremely strange because the one I filed expires on 06/30/2019, so does the current one on USCIS's website.
The only difference is at the bottom of each page of my form, it says 06/26/17 N while the one on USCIS website it's 12/13/17. Does it mean anything?
My husband's I 130 was also rejected because it has to come with a valid I 485.

Sorry that happened. You should just download the forms from the USCIS website now, that?s how you ensure it?s the most recent version. Just replace the forms with the new ones, put in new checks for the appropriate amounts, double check everything again and send it out.
