10 more days? Nah, I would call again. That's some lazy level 1 not wanting to do your job. Someone once posted that Emma provided them with the receipt numbers.

It shouldn't take that long. Keep an eye on it.

Are all packages going to Chicago and then being redistributed to the office nearest the petitioner's home?

No, concurrently filed petitions go from the lockbox to the NBC. They stay there until your interview is scheduled. If you move before your interview is scheduled, they just update your jurisdiction in the system. Your file stays there until your interview is scheduled.

I sent my concurrent application last week, and I just checked my account to see that they cashed the checks. ( $1225 and $535)

The form I485 I have expires in 2019 so are you sure you sent the latest version from USCIS website?

The form I130 I got from USCIS website expired at the end of last July and I was kind of nervous, but since they cashed the checks the forms are OK?

Still no texts or emails? Since it's been over 14 days, I would call USCIS again. From the timelines I saw here, the emails/texts take generally anywhere from 5 to 12 days.

I've called twice and sent a email.

My wife said that I'm driving her crazy

My lawyer said the delay is normal.

Those of you who submitted after the new guidelines regarding the rejection policy for incomplete applications, did you include the I-693?

I did. I hope that the whole process would take less than a year so I won't have to pay another two hundred bucks.

I'm just confused about how do they decide which cases to process faster, like what factors play the biggest role (Origin, race, age, having a lawyer prepare your document, education etc.). Wish there was a retired IO on this forum

I applied without the i-693. Instructions on I-693 still show that you can elect to bring it at the interview so given that I?m filing from a really backed up field office, I?m sure I?ll pass the 12-month period.

They process the cases in the order received, more or less. They can?t discriminate against race, gender, education, etc. I see your package was delivered on 09/19, so we should have pretty much the same timelines, give or take a few days.
