I have seen a lot of supporting documentation lists on this site, but they all seem to be for Marriage Based AOS. My spouse and I have our interview coming up for an Employment-Based AOS. The interview letter said that the spouse who is dependent on the primary applicant should bring supporting documents validating the marriage.
We were married for years before coming to the USA, and together for over a decade. We owned a house in our home country. All our bank accounts and investment accounts are joint and I got a letter from our bank confirmation that information. I have a couple of leases going back almost a decade. Is that good enough?
