Hi everyone
I have the below scenario in my case:
My friend is helping me sponsoring my parents who are currently in the U.S because his income is high above the Poverty Line. My household size at the moment is 2 (me & my husband) , and I'm about to send these forms I-130, I-485, I-131, I-693 and I-864
My questions are:
1- can my friend sponsor my parents ? Because I?m not working right now.
2- what are the requirements documents?
3- should I send all forms together to one address?
4- what other forms need to be filed?
