It?s been 127 days since the i485 status was updated it still says ?Notice was returned to USCIS because Post Office could not deliever it.? And the i765 hasn?t been updated in 92 days and still says ?Case was recieved? even though my husband has done his biometrics already. Did USCIS just give up?

6/27/18: Corrected I-765 sent out
7/10/18: New I-765 NOA1 recieved
7/13/18: Biometric letter recieved
7/27/18: Biometrics done
