Nabc vs birth certificate from indian embassy

I got rfe for my dad regarding the birth certificate. We just got the NABC made in india but i also got the birth certificate made from Indian embassy. I dont want send too many documents and confuse the uscis. Should i just stick to nabc and 2 affidavit and his school certificates? Or send the birth certificate from embassy as well.
