I am on J1 and in USA since last 4 years. My NIW is pending, and am likely to get new DS2019 where I need to file I-9 form. Attorney said its good to wait for 90 days after renewal of DS2019 to file I-485 and AP. Is it necessary to wait? Any suggestion?
(According to attorney Trump admin asked immigration to track anyone entering to US for 60 days after entry, so they think it is same with anyone like me already in USA but it will trigger with renewal of DS2019).
Secondly is it necessary to send Tax return for last 3 years? or is it ok to send only W2? or is it ok to send only last year's Tax return and W2?
