  • Do you report undertable income?

Question: USC has been working under table but not on the tax return.
When go to the interview, if asked, will you report it?

Your question is very vague . Your sponsor, who is a United States Citizen, has been working under the table ? Yes.... so you are asking if that should be reported to immigration? If your USC has not reported this income to IRS what is the purpose of reporting it to immigration? If this is really the case , I hope your USC spouse has some income that is above the poverty guidelines , that can be used on form I-864 - financial affidavit. Otherwise , you will be a joint sponsor.

If you are saying YOU , the beneficiary, has income that hasn?t been reported that?s a different story

Would I admit to a government official during an official function that I am dishonest and have broken the law?

Thank you! USC has a full time job on the tax return. But sometime he works under the table.
