Hi, I'm asking this on behalf of myself and my spouse.
We're in the middle of an Adjustment of Status, awaiting for the decision. We had our interview over 1.5 years ago and still waiting.
We live in NYC and have always gone traveling northward to upstate New York and into Vermont and other parts of New England.
But now we're scared to travel anymore due to hearing about the checkpoints that had popped in upstate NY and elsewhere in New England.
Are we being too paranoid? I figured we'd be fine if we carried with us the MSC # for our case. Can't think of anything else in that regard which we could take with us which might make a difference.
His Visa, Birth Ctf and our Marriage Ctf may or may not make a difference.
Please, give us some useful advice. Thank you.
