RFE for I-693

I am waiting on my AOS. Priority date of July, 2009 and my I-485 was filed in April, 2012. Last month, I received a RFE for I-693 as the previous results (from 2014) had expired. Does that mean USCIS is getting ready to process my case? The current date as of the November visa bulletin is Mar, 2009.

In this situation, is it safe to relocate to another state, or am I better off staying put till my interview is scheduled?
