I just did my biometrics. The appointment was for October 29 but I did a walk-in today. It probably took me 7 minutes total. I went trough the security check, filled out a form, lady at the desk stamped my bio letter and I waited for 3 minutes to be called in. I got fingerprinted and a photo was taken. They did not even look at the appointment date or time, so you should walk in as soon as you get the letter to get it over with. My online statuses are not updated yet. Good luck!
RoC (I-751) Application, filed from Houston TX
10/24/2021 - USPS delivered the package in AZ
10/27/2021 - Text from USCIS with receipt number, check cashed. Assigned to the Texas Processing Center

INITIAL AOS from F-1, married to USC, filed in Seattle WA

09/24/2018 - Package delivered to PO Box (PD)
    10/22 - Early bio walk-in
11/15 - New card is being produced (I-765)
    11/26 - EAD combo & SS card
    01/13/2020 - Interview
01/23/2020 - Case Approved, Card Mailed.

Haha, thanks! Do you happen to have any idea why my I-131 status updated to ?document mailed to you?? The email update and tracker app update say today they mailed me the document for form I-131. Isn?t it too early? I didn?t request to expedite my AP.

That's a first. Maybe it's the approval notice? If it is, that would be record time. Let's wait and see. It's possible that whoever is handling your case probably sees no point in expediting the EAD and not the AP. After all, it takes the same criteria/background checks to issue an approval.

I think that filing the request to expedite was definitely a very astute move on your part. Kudos to you for taking the initiative and giving it a try anyhow!

What?s weird is that the I-765 status has no updates whatsoever. So I assume it is not the combo card approved. I also just did my biometrics this morning, after the I-131 update. So I?m really curious to see if it?s indeed the approval notice and whether the EAD will be approved soon, too.

Can just advise to everyone to try to talk to a level 2 officer, the other ones really don?t seem to know anything you don?t already know

                    Whats your PD date?
Did you file a request already so they would look into it for you? I did that two weeks ago but I?m not sure if that?s the reason they finally did it... honestly the guy I talked to was a real d***. Basically was upset with me for calling too often, telling me the PD date has nothing to do with the biometrics and the fact that it has been 60 days wouldn?t give me the right to request anything.. I had a hard time staying calm lol... hopefully you get someone a little more understanding when you call!

My PD date is Aug 23rd, so I?m on day 61 now

Praying for you that you get yours soon!!

54 Days since Fingerprint Fee .

Married to USC , filed for AOS August 27 , Noa's within a week ,courtesy letter within 2 weeks , waited 30 days called USCIS and filed a Service Request , still processing case . NOW on a 3rd phone call with a representative i was told they sent the biometrics appointment September 9 but i did not get it (lost mail). I called back a week after my SR response (Oct 2 ) and still nothing new about the bio letter with the ruddest uscis customer service representative ; i Decided to ask him to check in his computer when my Bio letter was sent the first time and he was clueless and didnt know anything about a letter sent September 9 like i was told before , i was surprised that i was lied about before but didnt say anything , he said to wait and came back 2 minutes later saying oh yeah your first Bio letter was sent August 30 (which actually doesnt make any sense ) so i told him someone is lying about my case, asked for a supervisor or level 2 he said No because they have the same information that he does, after and politely ended the phone call .Same night i made an Infopass appointment for next week in Newark NJ. What i'm trying to say is that USCIS customer service is unreliable and speaking personally with and Immigration Officer is the best bet .
