    • I think this means that you can't submit a signed I-693 that pre-dates your underlying AOS package by more than 60 days, . So in your case, your I-693 would have to be signed no earlier than appox. 8/16 (60 days before you filed).

      10/16 Package recieved
      11/13 Biometric appointment
      02/18 I-693 curtesy letter received
02/19 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

No news about I-131 and I-765

I have a question to who received curtesy letter or haven't done medical exam yet.
USCIS updated their policy on November 1st.
"The updated policy, which goes into effect on Nov. 1, 2018, will require applicants to submit a Form I-693 that is signed by a civil surgeon no more than 60 days before filing the underlying application for an immigration benefit."

I don't know if my understanding is correct.
I was going to medical exam sooner and just wait for the interview. But, because I don't know when I will get scheduled for an interview, probably I shouldn't get medical exam right now because it will expire within 60 days?

If I wait to go to see a doctor until I received an interview notice, I am really scared if there will be enough time to get it done. ( such as getting an appointment or if there is any missing vaccination or document)
I do believe I have all the vaccination. But is this the only option? Do you think I will have enough time?

OH! I see! So, that means probably I should go to see a doctor sooner and just wait for the interview with everything is ready! Thank you so much I was misunderstanding.

                • EAD expedite

In the same week that I sent the documents to USCIS I received the news that my wife is pregnant.

Despite the good news the past few months have been difficult, as I can not work we have been problems with rent and cards.

                  We got two loans btw.

Could i request expedite EAD for that reasons ?

You should try to call again to expedite.
I called last Friday requesting to expedite since my current working will expired this month. I also told them I have an invitation for a new job opportunity from a different company (I been getting a lot of recruiter messaging me on linked In)
I did see that a different person use a letter of invitation to interview for a job as support to expedite and it got approved. I also saw that someone with the same PD as me got their EAD approved last Friday without expediting so I?m not completely sure my EAD got approved from the expedite request....

I believe it was a Tier I officer since I only talked to one person (and the first representative to talk to me)
He was really nice and told me that they are really strict with the expedite request but he will put the request through since it won?t hurt to try.

                        • EAD card is not delivered

After waiting for 5 months I have received my EAD approval 10 days back on 26th Feb. I called the USCIS 2 days before for the tracking number. they provided the tracking number to me, but when I checked the status of the tracking number in USPS it says it was delivered already on 27th feb. I havent received the card yet. The address to which it is delivered it shows as " February 27, 2019 at 3:31 pm , Delivered, In/At Mailbox , CEDAR FALLS, IA 50613 "

Exact delivery address is not shown. Could you pls help me find if the tracking number provided by USCIS was it for the approval notice or the EAD card? as I had received the approval notice on 26th feb. and the tracking number shows delivery on 27th feb Or is my EAD card delivered already somewhere. Pls help me find it out. I am worried if the card has lost.

                          • I called USCIS yesterday (3/4/19) to see if there is any progress on my expedite request. Its my second expedite request as the first was never replied to by them after sending all the relevant information they asked for. Its been 60 days since that first request and 30 days since they filed a second request for expedite.

Yesterdays conversation with USCIS Tier II officer was much different than the others.
He was the rudest man I have spoken with over there. Was very frank thats its up to them if they want to expedite and they dont have to notify me if they decline my request so thats the reason why I have heard nothing the last 60 days.
He also basically said not to bother calling back for another 2 months as my case filed in October has leeway of 6 months for them to look at it and reply. He said its been 4 months since I applied so another 2 months before requesting USCIS to look at it.

Guess its just wait and hope now and nothing more I can do.
