EAD approved!

Just got a text from USCIS saying the EAD has been approved. Checked the egov.uscis.gov website and the status says "New Card is Being Produced".

PD: 10/19/2018

I had called last week and talked to a tier 2 officer because there seemed to be an issue with my I-94. That issue was resolved and I also asked him about my EAD status and he said background checks are completed and the file was with an officer for final review and to wait for approval within a week or so.

Congrats!! I'm also 10/19/2018 but for some reason I feel mine won't be approved this week, and I don't think I would call. Seeing that they are a little hostile about callers lately.

I also got the exact same message for my spouse's I-130. Guess all we can do now is to wait for the letters to arrive and hope it's something easy to resolve

Got my EAD 3 days after approval notice!

Hello Oct Filers,
Just a quick update for ur reference.

I am a L2 holder, my timeline as below.

Oct 1? case received notice
Oct 12? requested name changed ( error on receipt)
Oct 22? Name changed notification
Feb 27? Called USCIS hotline and was informed that my case was approved and notice was sent out .
Mar 1? approval notice received
Mar 3? Card received

5 months of waiting in total. Online status isnt reliable at all! Until this moment my online status has been the same as ? name changes? . I highly recommended ppl first check the processing timetable on homepage, then call in USCIS when its almost beyond waiting time. In my case, it states process time is between 2-5 months. So when I called, they could check the system and told me that they had just approved my case. Waiting time on call was 20 mins! But its worth it.

I got the same thing on March 5th, waiting on the letter now. I did submit an expedite request and a few minutes after I received the email for RFIE for I-485. I?m guessing they want my husband?s most recent tax transcript which we just filed.

If that's what they want, it's very random then, because I got "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" last week and I applied just a few days before you = they didn't ask for my husband's 2018 transcript. However we put the last 3 years, just because I feel like it's better to load up with evidence, even though it is not mandatory.

Any October fillers have news for I-765 and I-131?
Waiting more than 150 days after receipt date and still no updates for me.
Spoke with USCIS today and they say that NBC still review the files submitted in the middle of September.

I completed Biometrics on November 2nd, 2018 and there has been no communication or any updates since.

Filed I-765,131,130,765 concurrently, married to US Citizen, married 3+ years.

Getting worried as USCIS site states (as of today 3.7.19) Sept 18, 2018 filers and before can submit 'outside of normal processing times'.....
