      help!
      We are roughly on the same timeline and I tried twice to expedite but they just wont respond. My last phone call to them they said its up to the officers discretion if they want to expedite, and up to them if they respond or not. There is nothing you can do but wait.

        they are asking for a sponsor and they said that my birth certificate is Wrong .
        Adjusting from B-2, married to USC, Hialeah, FL

        10/19 - 4 texts received
        10/22 - 4 NOAs in mailbox

          Dosent your co sponsor make enough on the application you originally sent?
          What country are you from, I dont understand why a birth certificate would be wrong unless its not translated

            I just Recieved an update on I-485 : Case is ready to be scheduled for interview.
            My timeline below. Category:C9.

            10/9 package sent
            10/11 package Recieved/ priority date
            10/17 Bio Fees accepted (notice from the App) checks were cashed
            10/22 received notices in the mail.
            11/01 Bio appt schedule notice received. 11/14
            11/9 I-693 Courtesy Letter received
            11/14 Bio Appt completed at the La Brea Los Angeles Office
            11/29 Fingerprints review was completed
            3/4 EAD card being produced
            3/9 EAD Card Recieved
            3/11 case is ready to be scheduled for interview

              07/02/2021 - Check was cashed & got receipt number starting SRC
              07/06/2021 - Received 18 months extension in mail
              08/16/2021 - biometrics waived; received i797 in mail. Online status still at case received
              11/20/2021 - Received 24 months extension in mail

                  I also just received a text showing my status has changed

                  "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview"

                  My field office at the start of filing was Denver but we moved to North Texas so it may have changed to Dallas.

                  We are actually planning to move back to Denver so does anyone know what will happen if we do this now that the case is pending an interview?

                      I don?t think the interview would come in until a couple of months, it depends on your field office. Denver has a shorter waiting period for processing I-485....it says 9.5 to 25 months. I think Texas is 18+ months....but I have seen people get their interview in shorter time

                          Thanks mate, I am hopeful my EAD will be processed soon. I have heard no word on that but now knowing my case is accepted and to the point of scheduling an interview is a major relief and such a good feeling!

                          I see your timeline shows EAD before you were accepted for interview, fingers crossed thats my next status update to report here

                            My wife has 2 children and in the last years she didn?t make enough to be my sponsor. but last year she made enough so I believe they will accept.

                            Im from Brazil and I don?t have birth certificate because i was married there! I just have a marriage certificate with a note that I'm divorced.

                              Oh I see, maybe they are taking into account she has two children and you to support so her income threshold will have to be higher so will require a co-sponsor. My wife only made enough in the last year too but its just the two of us.
                              As far as no birth certificate they have to have a copy so you can prove where you were born. They seem quite demanding on copies of your birth certificate for several parts of the application process.

                                A birth certificate should not have anything to do with getting married or divorced.
