As far as no birth certificate they have to have a copy so you can prove where you were born. They seem quite demanding on copies of your birth certificate for several parts of the application process.
Good luck, hope you can sort it out.
I my opinion the value to be a sponsor should be different in Florida and Massachusetts for example.Adjusting from B-2, married to USC, Hialeah, FL

Hello all
First time to post here
AOS, married to USC
10/11/18 - PD
11/14/18 - biometrics completed
11/15/18 - RFE
12/06/18 - USCIS received our response for RFE
12/26/18 - EAD received via mail
3/11/19 - case tracker changed to ?WE SCHEDULED YOUR INTERVIEW? for I-485
Please see attached screenshot.
Is this finally our interview?
Just wondering why it?s written there to bring ?Your Green Card? when this interview is for the green card?
Anyone who had the same notice via case tracker?
I can?t wait to receive the notice via mail.
Good luck to all of us

We live in Miami and we do not make much money here.
I my opinion the value to be a sponsor should be different in Florida and Massachusetts for example.
If a complete birth certificate is not available refer to the alternatives on the (left) side bar. Here are some of those resources

I've been reading this forum for the past few months and decided to join in to give all you October filers like me some good news.
I'm a British Citizen that overstayed ESTA, Married to USC and living in Manhattan - NYC
Filed to NBC - I-485, I-130, I-131 & I-765
Below is my timeline,
10/26/18 - PD
11/05/18 - Letter with Biometrics appointment date
11/22/18 - Attended Biometrics appointment
03/06/19 - Case is ready to be scheduled for interview - I-485
03/13/19 - Card is being produced I-765
Up until last week I had no other updates on either the app or website other then the initial 'Case was received' message. I was getting worried as others had received 'Biometrics review complete' etc but nothing for me.
I hope this gives everyone a little more hope that even if you have received no updates from initially filing, a 'Card is being produced' message can still come completely out of the blue.
My immigration lawyer has advised today that the I-131 system update is sometimes a bit glitchy and to still expect a combo EAD card in the post. Fingers crossed

Hi everyone,
I got an update this morning that my wife's employment authorization card is being produced. Not as excited since our interview is next week. So I believe this card becomes invalid one the interview is approved. But for all the other october filers that have not yet have their interview scheduled, it looks like they are finally working on October Filers.10/26/2018 - PD

Interview scheduled
Hey all,
I've been following this thread since January and promised myself I'd post when I got some good news, at least to give someone hope. I know how it is. My application is being processed at NBC by the way. Field office is Columbus, Ohio. My previous (f2) EAD expired end January and I haven't been working since. But 2 days ago I got a text alert that my i485 case jas been updated and ready to be scheduled for and interview. I really thought that would take a while seeing that my field office shows processing 2017 applications. But I received a text an hour ago saying they have a date and will send me the notice etc. Hopefully EAD comes soon before interview so our financials will look even better. Wish you all good luck. Keep the faith!F1 to AOS (Married to USC)
Concurrent filing (i-485, i-130, i-765)

Case i-485 ready to be scheduled for interview 03/12/19
