Folks, I have good news to share! As of Day 206 - I checked my case status around 230pm PST, USCIS site still said "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview", then I so happen to check around 330pm, it was just updated as of May 8th, "Interview was scheduled". I suppose this interview schedule will be some time in mid-June. I am happy that I finally got a schedule, a very nice bday present, my bday is on Monday the 13th. I hope wish and pray for all you other awesome folks to receive good news on your respective cases! Thank you for your kind thoughts and positive energy!

What's your timeline? This could be good. If they transferred to the local office it means they could be scheduling interview date soon. Did you check status in both https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ and https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do to see what they say?
Sometimes they update one more than the other

I-765 -> January 24, 2019 New Card Is Being Produced -> January 25, 2019 Case Was Approved -> January 29, 2019 Card Was Mailed To Me
I-131 -> January 25, 2019 Case Was Approved
I-485 -> October 30, 2018 Fingerprint Fee Was Received -> February 4, 2019 Fingerprint Review Was Completed

To mention that the Fingerprint Appointment was on January 30, 2019 and 2 day after I received the EAD card in mailbox!

I checked the status today on both websites and it is still the same "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"

I have filed i-765, i-131 and i-485 with USCIS in October 2018. These are EB1 category.
Bio-metrics was done in November.
Till April no update for my case.
During May 1st week, received the EAD card.
Still no update for the AOS Interview.

What is the latest status of these AOS interview? Are they considering Priority Dates or Received Dates (which is Oct 2018) or EAD card produce date (April 2019).
Not sure when the interview would be scheduled?

Hi all,
i have been MIA since the new update doesn’t let me post things -___- so hopefully this post goes through.
today I checked the uscis app and I see that my I-485 has updated to “Interview has been scheduled” on May 8. My field office is Los Angeles with PD October 11, 2018....I’m actually on vacation right now but I hope to get the letter in the mail when I return.

Let me share my timeline, I’m in Southern California.
Filled I-140 for EB-2 NIW
I-140 filling date: Sep, 10, 2018 - Nebraska
I-765 (c9), I-131: Oct, 5, 2018 - NBC
I-485: Oct, 17, 2018 NBC
Fingerprint date: Nov, 16, 2018

Inquiry sent through I-765 40 days ago and no replies.
Another inquiry sent through I-131 a week ago, of course no replies yet.

Current 219 days and no EAD yet !
NBC is taking forever.

I am November FIller EB-3 (i-485 / i-765 / i-131) from Michigan

I have a PD 5/15/2018 (Maybe from my PERM filled)

I-140 was filled on 10/03/2018 and was approved on 02/06/2019 (4 month)

My timeline:

Package received date: 11/21/2018
Biometrics appointment: 12/24/2018 (Closed) then I got a new appointment in the mail
Biometrics appointment: 01/10/2019
After Biometrics all cases did not change status since then all of them show "Case was received" or "Fees were received" or "Fees were waived"

Still waiting for EAD/AP and counting day by day.
