november 21st - fingerprints taken
march 11th - case ready to schedule interview. Still saying fee for finger prints received
may 7th - I notified USCIS that my EAD and AP are out side normal processing times. (No reply)
june 12th - expatiated my case due to needing to travel home to my sisters wedding
june 13- new card in production -

Today I received an update from my i-765 for “card is being produced” after 202 days of waiting.

Most of us will be able to request a case inquiry. I'm at the NBC for filing and it says 5 Months to 7 Months Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] with on or before October 22, 2018 filing date being the date as of today (5/15/19) you can make the inquiry.Last edited by Ste; 05-15-2019, 06:39 PM.Concurrent filing I-485 I-130 I-765 I-131

I think the i765 is processed at the NBC. When our cases are ready to be interviewed the NBC sends our files to the local office where we will attend the interview.Originally posted by Sabrina1977 View Post
