I feel you, don't get so stressed out though, let's hope we have news soon.

So everyone, I called USCIS today and was told my I765 is still in normal processing time and "has 4 days left to process", and I don't know what that means, can it possibly be that I'll have update in 4 days or just simple my EAD will be out of processing time in 4 days?
Also I asked to be transferred to tier 2 representative, it's been 4 hours and I haven;t heard anything back.

How can they say that you still have four days to go. Sounds like someone that doesn’t know what they are talking about. pS trying really hard not to stress

When I called them the other day, they said they only update their website on the 15th and end of the month. But I know that isn't true lol
i don't think they know what they are doing half the time.

What does the tier 2 rep do exactly?

I know right haha, I've had updates on the 28th and the 14th soooo lol
tier 2 reps have access for more information than tier 1. For example, one person on here talked to tier 2 and found out their case hadn't been touched since December, tier 1 don't have that kind of information, they just rephrase the updates you find online.

Same...I called (RD Oct 22,2018, Family category). and told me it is 6 months, 3 weeks and 5 days, not 7 months yet, when I asked about Oct 24, inquiry date, she didn't reply. I received an email for I 131 that SR received, even though I received a message that you are application is within processing time.
