    • I need to send the documents of my joint sponsor until May 30.

My sister-in-law and her husband have two dependents and earned $ 58,558 in 2018. But they reported "loss from business" = $ 21,421. Thus, in line 6 of the income tax it says that "total income" = $ 37,137.

According to the United States poverty guidelines, they would have to earn $ 37,712.

How strict is USCIS with sponsor requirements ?

I can't visit USCIS Case Status site at this time, maybe they are having issues?

If you used a lawyer sometimes the EAD is delivered on their office (there is an option on one of the forms).
I can’t get on it either, there must be a problem.

Definitely true, employment category people are getting EAD first. It is very unfair that they are not following sequence. I am at 212 days (PD oct 22, Family category, spouse of LPR), nothing yet, can't even submit SR, it is showing my applications is within normal processing time, I will call tomorrow and lawyers are going to call them as well.

You should be able to report it from today as it’s the 22nd. It’s dead on 7 months. I must get in touch with my lawyer too. I contacted him last month and he said to give them 4-6 weeks as this was the new normal. But the 6 weeks is almost up now.
