I think the system just doesn’t work that well. I never received any information regarding my fingerprints and I had my appt on BIO Appt on October 31st.

Out of the blue, I recently got an email from USCIS that my case is being reviewed and that the last action was taken on Nov 1st.

I assume it might be the "fingerprint" completed but online I can only see that USCIS received the fingerprint fee. That's all. I assume it's just a waiting game and most relevant updates are sent by regular mail.

I've been reading this forum for past couple of weeks and decided to join and share my timeline.
I've just got a status update on I 485 yesterday "fingerprint review completed"; however, i didn't get any text.

Adjustment of Status (H1B married to USC) filing I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765 from Queens, NY (moving to upstate SC eventually):
* 10/29/2018 - Priority Date - Package received by USCIS
* 11/05/2018 - Checks cashed for both i-130 and i-485
* 11/05/2018 - 4 text messages received (11:20 pm)
* 11/09/2018 - 3 NoAs in mailbox NYC, I-130 notice in SC
* 11/15/2018 - Bio Appointment notification for 11/30
* 11/23/2018 - Biometrics Appointment Walk-In Queens, LIC
* 11/28/2018 - Fingerprint Review completed

Same here, I guess no on has got a response for finger print review yet. All we can do is wait.

i never pay on track with my case..i guess it would be best if we stop checking our status everyday so that it wont freak us out?

Yup. For e.g. I haven't gotten a letter about missing I 693 yet. Not that it is of a big importance, but still...

I-485 RFE CASE PROCEESSING conurrent filing

could some one answer my questions please.

We did concurrent filing and the after a month received RFE for I-485 and the status is case pending and we are working on rfe to send them reply.

Will they hold all other applications also like I-765(EAD) and I-131 , I-130? will they hold EAD processing or they will look at it as separate application?

Went to finger print in November but still no message about them.

Worried a lot any suggestions please.

WOW! That's early! Congratulations! People have had issues with delivery. The safest bet is to ask your post office to hold your mail and just go pick it up there. Just my 2 humble cents.

Yes, I’m very grateful my expedite request was approved quite early in the process. It really feels like the best Christmas present.

And thank you for the tip! I live in NYC and we do have a doorman in the building. I was told they are able to receive letters requiring signature so I hope I’m not going to be mistaken.

How did you expedite EAD?!? Did you have a job offer financial loss?

How did you expedite EAD?!? Did you have a job offer financial loss?

I tried to expedite twice. The first time I got rejected, the person on the phone didn’t write down my full explanation so I didn’t even receive an email for providing evidence. I was told that having a job offer is not a reason to have EAD expedited. Second time I was successful using a help of my congressman.

It was under the financial loss category.

I provided following documents:
- medical bill
- job offer
- spouse’s termination agreement from work

I also wrote down explanation what exactly is going on so that they would actually read my story.

Hello dear October filers. Anybody who filed in October received any news? I did my biometrics on 11/23/2018 and since then, no update. All the best for the new year!

Timeline:
AOS married to US Citizen (I485, I130, I131, I765)
Package delivered to Chicago, IL: 10/19/2018
3 text messages with receipts received: 10/31/2018
3 NOA's received in mail: 11/02/2018
Biometrics done: 11/23/2018.

We have a similar timeline. My wife did her biometrics on 11/26. We got our case on “ready to be scheduled for interview on 12/09/0218.”

As of that update, nothing else.
