October 2018 Filers

Hello all - wanted to start a thread for October filers. I am applying out of New York (so sent to the texas office, but I think that it will get handed down locally, as all cases seem to be now since they all require an interview)
My progress:
Package sent: Sept 28, 2018
Package delivered: Oct 1, 2018
Receipt notices received in mail: Oct 15, 2018

Dates on the receipt notices:
Received Date: October 1, 2018
Notice date: October 8, 2018

A couple notes:
- Note that the "received date" seems to be when they received the package (as opposed to when they mailed the package back to me).

So far, things are going according to schedule in the sense that I received my notice in about two weeks from delivery.

10/19/2018: received fingerprint appointment notice.
11/1/2018: Fingerprint appointment at local office

Any one else have updates?
I am a bit worried because my priority date for eb2 china is a couple months after the current final action date (but before the filing date), so hope that the line moves forward, otherwise I understand there may be a delay in my greencard process.

I got just 4 texts. But you can get both

10/25- checks cashed/ received text

btw, is it common to only to receive one text even though I submitted three G1145 forms? The text was for I-485. Maybe the other texts will come in later?

I sent with it two cashiers checks from my credit union and filled out the email/text notification documents for all four forms.

Now the wait begins

We will be 1 day apart as my docs were received 10/25! Let?s keep each other posted since we?re going to be on the same timeline.

What status are you adjusting from? I am going from an h1b to a marriage-based green card and filing from Brooklyn.

10/26/2018: received I-485J receipt notice in mail (Form I-797C) (notice date says: 10/18/2018)

What?s strange on this latest I-797C for the I-485J receipt notice is that the ?job title? section has my job title cut off and a letter missing? for example, instead of ?portfolio? it says ?ortfolio?, even though in the I-485J filing the correct title was used. Should I be worried at all about this?

I'm adjusting from an overstayed visa waiver, married to a USC (been with my wife near 15 years but only recently got married) and will be filing from Denver.
