It takes the NBC about 5 months for the EAD and AP. So probably March timeframe is when you start seeing updates.

No news here. Still hoping to see my status change to “Interview ready to be scheduled”. Seems like it takes a couple weeks for some and months for others. My FO is New York and it takes forever so they might just have put my file at the bottom of the pile since my interview will be in 2020 at the earliest...

All I want is the EAD. Sigh. Don't really care about the interview that much. LOL.

My field office is Newark. My pd is April 26th. I got the EAD card 4.5 months after. Last week my interview was scheduled for next month. Everything tooks like 9.5 months, Considering the high volume of applications that handle this office I think is a reasonable time. Didn't get any RFE in the waiting time

                      • Living in Arizona - texas service center

Hi folks. Reaching out to you all as worried about my timeline. Pretty much nothing has moved since filing in October 2018.

The attorney filed all the necessary docs at the Texas service centre, as below

                        i140 - Oct 11th - receipt notice
                        i131 - Oct 11th - receipt notice
                        i765 - Oct 11th - receipt notice
i485 - Oct 22nd - Accepted fingerprint fee. No mail since.

Potential issues with employment so really is a race against time. It's a reorg so I could be out of a job in weeks

                        Any pointers appreciated.

Nope, I don't even know if they approve or deny my expedition request. Can't even talk to a tier 2 officer. It's in a limbo.

                                Firstly, thanks for your reply!!!

Is this the right time to expedite?
How can I actually expedite it? I've been told doing premium processing for the i140 is no use as they i485 will need to be approved too which has no premium processing option and will take months.
