    Any news for October Applications?

    Hi friends,

    Application Receipt Day was beginning of October. Fingerprint end of October.
    Almost 125 days after RD. Still waiting. No updates yet.

    Anybody in California Service Center on the same boat? I am worried already.

      My receipt date was Oct 15, 2018. My case is still stuck on fingerprint review was complete. No updates for me.

        Same with me. I called USCIS to ask them if my biometrics review came back and they said the result was received in December.
        My PD is Oct 19. It's been 115 days since.
        PD to Chicago, IL: 10/19/2018
        3 NOA's received 11/02/2018
        Biometrics appointment: 11/23/2018
        RFIE requested: 01/08/2019
        Response to RFIE delivered on 01/23/2019
        Status for i-485 updated on 01/24/2019: "Response to RFIE received, we will start working on your case again...etc."

        Status for i-765 and i-130 still at "Case received".

          Interview has just been scheduled!

          A day after my wifes birthday! This is a great birthday gift. We will start prepping this weekend!
          10/26/2018 - PD
          11/01/2018 - Finger Print Fee deducted/G28 form rejected
          11/19/2018 - Bio Appointment Received
          11/26/2018 - Bio Appt (Missed)
          11/28/2018 - Bio walk-in
          12/06/2018 - Case is ready to be scheduled for interview
          02/12/2019 - Interview Scheduled!
          03/14/2019 - EAD Card Being Produced

              October Filing

              I called USCIS to ask for updates related to I-756 & I-131. They told wait period is from 4 to 6 months.
              My lawyer informed that Service Center reviews cases submitted in the middle of September 2018.

              My case has no updates on the website since the receipt date (Beginning of October).

              I hope to get some news in the coming 2-3 weeks.

                      yeah looks like some of the october filers received updates this week. My interview was scheduled according to the website so im thinking most of october filers will soon receive news.

                      and its interesting the status for interview changed yet im still sitting with no status change for all other forms.

                            Uscis.gov account documents

                            I?m an early October filer and I haven?t received my EAD so I decided to renew my EAD through DACA last week. On Monday, I received the NOA and on Saturday I received a text that the FIngerprints have been scheduled last Friday....I have been waiting for the mailed Fingerprints notification so I can go do my fringerprints this whole week and still nothing. Today, i added the case to my.uscis.goc account with the online access code they provided. I was able to add the case and there is a ?Document? tab where I was able to see that the payment was process (it had a paper with numbers and codes and the name of the person that did it) and I was also able to see the fingerprints notice! I?m going to print it out and see if I can do my fringerpirnts today! I don?t see the document tab for my I-485 but it might be different for someone else.
                            Just wanted to share!
                            My timeline below. Category:C9.

                            10/9 package sent
                            10/11 package Recieved/ priority date
                            10/17 Bio Fees accepted (notice from the App) checks were cashed
                            10/22 received notices in the mail.
                            11/01 Bio appt schedule notice received. 11/14
                            11/9 I-693 Courtesy Letter received
                            11/14 Bio Appt completed at the La Brea Los Angeles Office
                            11/29 Fingerprints review was completed
                            3/4 EAD card being produced
                            3/9 EAD Card Recieved
                            3/11 case is ready to be scheduled for interview

                              Im stuck in "fingerprint fee was received" 121 days ago.

                              I'm worried because my wife is pregnant for 19 weeks and I do not have EAD yet.
                              Adjusting from B-2, married to USC, Hialeah, FL

                              I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765

                              10/11 - Package delivered to PO Box (PD)
                              10/16 - Fingerprint fee was received
                              10/19 - 4 texts received
                              10/22 - 4 NOAs in mailbox
                              11/05 - Biometrics done walk in.

                                I think you can apply for expedited EAD with reason being you need income to support your wife. I've seen a lot of people in the forum do that, someone even got it 52 or so days after their PD, there are a lot of threads about how to apply for expedited EAD.
