    Did you talk to Tier 2 officer or this was the usual officer basically paraphrasing uscis processing times website?

        I was going to ask that. Sounds like a dude who just went to the Processing Times webpage that we all use...

          Has anyone seen any approvals done today in the Case Tracker mobile App? I normally check on mondays to see if things are moving but I haven't seen any updates with date April 15th yet.

              it was a tier 1 officer I tried to politely asked her if there's anyone else I can talk to who may have access to more information, she said no. Guess I'm not gonna call until again until I can finally grow some spine and ask them frankly to transfer me to a L2 representative

                There must be a way to subtly get to a L2. Like a very specific question that only them know about. Maybe somebody has tips here.
