By the way. I involved my congressman. I don't know if that helped. But I recommend 100% to do that. Normally each congressperson has a website with a form to help with federal agencies.
Just in case people feel a little scared to contact a congress person. I thought it was kind of awkward to reach a congressman to help Mr. nobody a.k.a. ME with my USCIS case. But it's very very common, and it always helps (I think)

Folks, I have good news to share! As of Day 206 - I checked my case status around 230pm PST, USCIS site still said "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview", then I so happen to check around 330pm, it was just updated as of May 8th, "Interview was scheduled". I suppose this interview schedule will be some time in mid-June. I am happy that I finally got a schedule, a very nice bday present, my bday is on Monday the 13th. I hope wish and pray for all you other awesome folks to receive good news on your respective cases! Thank you for your kind thoughts and positive energy!Last edited by wackstravels; 05-08-2019, 07:11 PM.AOS: I130, I485, I765 - C9 - Los Angeles - Same Sex Couple
