DACA and Form I-485

Hi everyone.

I am submitting my AOS this week concurrently with Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. I am married to a USC. I am currently authorized to work until April 2019 because of DACA, should I also submit an Application for Employment Authorization with my package? If my AOS case is still pending after my DACA expires, will I be considered out of status?

Yes you should apply for a work permit and advanced parole (it's free with the i485 so no reason not to), and if possible you should renew your DACA while in the AOS process.
