Card Was Determined As Undeliverable By The Post Office..please help

Hello everyone,
I need your assistance. I suppose to get my EAD at the end of last month, however, Card Was Determined As Undeliverable By The Post Office. I am not sure why, i am still living there and getting all my mails at the same address. Since 29 of the last month USCIS did not get it back neither post office has it. I am going back and forth but no help.

Does anyone know how long does it take for USCIS to get it back?

have you signed up for informed delivery? and have you verified that the address listed on your AOS application matches the one you live at? if they do, then you need to contact the post office and figure out where they sent it and where it is. if there is an error, you need to contact both USCIS and USPS to have the issue corrected.

Yes i confirmed with USCIS my address which is correct. I did sign up for informed delivery. i called USCIS and open the service requested. I called them yesterday and until then they did not get it back. i have been going to post office almost everyday, they do not have any answer where is the delivery. it is very frustrating.

do you have a tracking number for the package? that might give you a general idea of where it is, or at least tell you if it's in the correct state at least

I do have the tracking number. I called USPS customer service and representative told me that your post office has your package. I went to post office today and they said they do not have it. I just called USPS again and different person told me same thing that post office has the package. I am not sure who is telling me the truth.

I would make sure you are going to the correct post office at that point
