Still normal processing time?

Hi,

I married an American citizen and we submitted the package for travel document/advance patrol, work authorization card and green card on January, 31, 2018. I just received my combo card on October 15, 2018. And status of I-485 said, your case is ready to be schedule for an interview on August 22, 2018. And I haven't heard anything back from that at all. Is this still normal processing time or should I submit an inquiry? Many thanks.
