How to send RFE to the USCIS Office?

Hello everyone!

it might seem a stupid question but I really don't want anything to go wrong (almost there). How do I send my RFE new medical exam to USCIS office? I mean do I have to add any other kind of paper work or to write them a note states this is the requested RFE or send the RFE documents with the medical exam.

Not a stupid question at all.

I would include a cover letter with your name, A#, receipt number, and subject "RFE Response"
I would also make a copy of the RFE so you can submit the original one with the new medical
And I would make a copy or scan for your records before you send it, and send it via FedEx so you can track it and get proof of delivery

So like this:

I got RFE letter at the interview. So I just send that letter and new medical exam to the address in letter. Everything was ok.
