I went to 2nd infopass today. It is helpful. The reason for my case reopened is finger print not clear, I need to get police clearance record for the past 5 years. I?m going to get it soon and hope they can approve my case soon after the receive it.Originally posted by Nfard View PostComment

No, L2 officers does not know it, they can not see the reason why the case is reopened. Nor did the info pass officer, he couldn?t see the reason either. He went inside directly to the officer who had my paperwork on desk. I am just wondering why the person who handled my case not sending a RFE. If I didn?t go, they would keep it forever? The first time I went for infopass, the officer told me the same, only the person who hold my case knows the reason. But that day it was 12/31, the person was not in the office so he could not help me.
So infopass some time helps. Try to get one and ask the reason why chase is reopened.Comment
