Interview in Boston??
Hey guys,
I had my interview a month ago at the Boston FO and everything went really well. Our I-130 was already approved so the IO asked us for absolutely nothing, just casual chit chat and then the yes/no questions at the end of the I-485. As we were leaving he said we should have the greencard in 2-3 weeks. He was really nice and we were excited to be done.
It's been 4 weeks and there has been no update online (case status still shows "interview was scheduled") on both websites, we haven't got anything about approval in the mail or the greencard. I've scheduled an INFOPASS appointment next week.. and plan on contacting a senator if the INFOPASS appointment doesn't go anywhere.
I know of a couple people that interviewed either the day before me or a few days before me that got their greencards just a few days after.
I was wondering if there were any other people that interviewed in Boston recently? Have you heard back? My interview was September 27th.
It would help to know if there are just general delays or if there is a reason I need to worry.
