    Hello Friends

    I i just got my status updated today: My case Form I-485 is ready to be schedule for an interview.

    i received RFE from USCIS on 12th October. USCIS recived My RFE on 17th October, and it took 5 days for them to review case again and to put my case for ready to be schedule for an Interview. now its all depend on the Norfolk VA field office, how much workload they are going through. sometime case get schedule for an interview in 15 to 20 days after it gets ready to be schedule for an interview. lets see how long it will take. if is there anyone who has experience from Norfolk VA office or applying to the same office, can you please share your experience and timeline too.

    Email/Text: 08/21/2018
    RFE: 08/31/2018
    NOA's: 09/03/2018
    Bio Appointment: 09/05/2018 (Missed due to did not get Mail on time)
    Bio appointment latter received: 09/06/2018
    Bio Walk-in: 09/10/2018
    Fingerprint review completed: 09/11/2018
    requested for RFE remail: 09/17/2018
    RFE Received: 10/12/2018
    RFE received By USCIS: 10/17/2018
    Case is Ready to be Schedule for an Interview: 10/23/2018

    I am going to go out on a limb and say that it may take a few days or maybe a few weeks.

Mine is marriage based green card (Spouse is US Citizan), Still waiting for EAD card etc. But Directly got this notification-As of February 21, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1990073040, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

          Just thought I'd put my information in this topic, even though the exact same information is available in the September 2018 filers and all topics related to Norfolk.

          I have never contributed to this forum but have been a silent reader for almost a year. Just figured I would give an update on our experience, to help those in need.

          Norfolk, VA Field Office.
          Filed: I-485, I-131, I-765, I-130.
          Marriage: 2017, USC wife petitioning husband

          PD: 9/19/18.
          Biometrics: 10/10/18.
          Ready to Schedule Interview: 1/24/2019.
          Scheduled: 4/1/2019.
          EAD Approval: 4/23/2019.
          EAD in Hand: 4/30/2019.
          Interview: 5/09/2019.
          I-130 Approval: 5/10/2019.
          RFE (expired medical): 5/10/2019.
          RFE Response Filed: 5/22/2019.
          I-485 Card in Production: 5/24/2019.
