EB3-My PERM and i140 was filed from location A. Applied i485 on June. My Ead expired and I moved to VA to my family. Got my EAD on september. Location A didn't want me back so my employer moved to location B. now here is the problem, I have my interview in November in VA. 17 days to go for 180 of i 485 . What can i do? Can I reschedule my interview? Will my I485 be denied and I will be out of status? if denied how long can I stay in USA?

Well you have to stay with your employer when you file I-140 till you AOS approved.- - it is general rools.
So if your Sponsor (employer) is the same - it doesn't matter where from you filed and where you moved as long as you stay with the same sponsor/employer.
In this case you can file change of address and reschedule your interview what could take another few months or longer.
You can still go to already scheduled interview in location A, but they might cancel the interview and move your case to another field office of location B.
If you change your employer - you need a VERY GOOD LAWYER.
I personally doesn't know how exactly it works, but there is some "loophole" that your AOS still can be (just a possibility) approved if you didn't change you profession, if you were sponsored as Programmer you can work only as Programmer (my friend going through that right now). There is also dates involves if you case out of normal processing period... A good lawyer would know exactly which regulation can be applied to you.Field Office: Houston, TX
