Hi All,
I just got a interview scheduled notice from USCIS, and I was wondering how the interview is going to be. Looking all around the internet and this website, 99.99% of cases are marriage-based AOS.
My mom applied for as a resident (unmarried sons or daughter of permanent resident- 21 age above), and I have been here in the U.S since 2012 on student visa (About to finish my PhD). I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation and experience and can tell me what should I be prepare for the interview.
