Hi,
My husband currently lives and works in the US while his EB2 AOS is pending since May 2017. We were married in Feb 2018 so I am eligible for Follow-to-Join benefits (I-824). I live overseas so I will file for consular processing.
My question is should I wait until his GC to be approved before I file the I-824 petition or do you recommend that I file I-824 right away even though his I-485 is still pending?
Which one is faster/better?
Any advice, comment, or suggestion is much appreciated.
