Regarding annulment?

Is an annulment of marriage counted in the number of times somebody was married?
"A marriage annulment is a legal determination that a marriage never existed."
What do you guys think?

Also, can a withdrawn K1 (Fiance) application be counted as a petition for an alien?
Will it count even if it wasnt approved? What if it was approved then withdrawn?

We're asking this because my marriage to an ex wife was annulled.
