I-485 after interview

I had an interview on oct 25th 2018,and they gave me the white paper
and I checked on USCIS web after 5days And i seen this notice? document was mailed to me ?below so
yesterday i got the mail and it was returned mail by Post office to USCIS coz i changed the address but it makes me confusing with red ink stamped ?ACTION completed,approved for filling?

can someone tell me what that means?how long to take ?approval notice ?

Well, if you changed addresses and the document was initially sent to your old address, it may come to your new address with a stamp like this. Unfortunately you don't tell us what the document is, and the pictures are too small to see anything other than that it's some sort of Notice of Action. So sorry, without more information i have no idea if this document is related to your interview outcome, or something entirely different that you should have received weeks ago.
