My husband completed his biometrics on 12/11, but the case tracker app states "Fingerprint Fee Received" and online, on myUSCIS, it states that the case has been received. Should we be worried?

I don't think you should be worried yet. Even before I got my update, I noticed(via the case tracker app) that cases ahead of me had changed to either Bio review completed or ready to schedule an interview. I dont think there is a strong pattern to all of this and I suggest waiting it out for some more time - every case is unique and many government employees are on vacation now. No need to worry. The case statuses are often not updated. In my case I had my status on ‘fingerprint fee received’ until my interview got scheduled last week. What was it about, what form? Unfortunately USCIS updates are totally random and might never happen. However it doesn’t mean it hasn’t been received and/or reviewed. I would wait until mid January and if no updates, maybe make a phone call if that makes you feel better. I saw people sending a RFE response and get the updates months later.
