Quick question - the tracker for my I-765 never updated beyond "Case Was Received", even though I did the biometrics and the I-485 shows "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for An Interview". Should I be concerned?

i too have the same status for 765. Also, I never received a "Fingerprints review completed" update for my 485. My guess is that (based on what I have seen on this forum) these trackers are not reliable all the time or none of us really know how it works

Agreed - our 485 went from Case Received to RFIE Sent to Ready to be Scheduled. Nothing else inbetween.

For our other forms (I-130, I-765, I-131) the status remains "Case Was Received."

Great, good to know others are in the same boat! Our attorney replied me this morning and said it is normal and there's nothing to be concerned about

November filer, employment based.

Did the biometrics and now it say "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" but just for the worker. Spouse and child, done at the same time, no change, still on "Fingerprint Fee Was Received".

After reading some posts, I see that sometimes the status doesn't change.

EAD arrived in the post yesterday and a notice for my advanced parole came last week and hopefully the card arrives this week. I applied for both separately and on the top of each initial application I wrote Expedite. Not sure if this moved it along quicker or not but for anyone else doing their applications maybe give that a go? Good luck

concorrent filing concern

Hi evryone! im new here..

i need a help about my case..

i came here to usa with b1/2 visa and got married to my wife us citizen
filed Concurrent I-130 and I-485 ONLY ( i did not apply for i765 and i131) would that be ok if i didnt file I-765 and I-131 or i still need to file I-765 and I-131?


maybe you guys can give input about it,


my timeline is :
Concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 only ( i did not apply for i765 and i131)
sent to chicago lockbox
Field office: Boise,ID

10/29/18 - Sent package via USPS Priority Mail
11/06/18 - Priority Date & Delivered to the Chicago lockbox
11/08/18 - 2 texts received and charged credit card
11/10/18 - 2 I-797 NOA's in mail
11/15/18 - Received Biometrics NOA in Mailbox
11/30/18 - finger print review was completed
12/4/18 - Case Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview (but then it change to "finger print review was completed" again?)
12/4/19 - finger print review was completed (again??)


BTW congrats to all the one who filed at boston MA, it was really fast process!
