Noticed this morning that the status for my I-765 has changed to "Fingerprint review was completed" with a date of 12/06. I-131, I-130 and I-485 remain at "Case was received".

The I-485 will update to “Fingerpirnts review was completed” probably sometime this week. For me, it updated the following day after the I-785. The I-131 and I-130 will remain the same.

Quick update: received our I-797C notice for biometrics (notice dated 11/30) on 12/6 in the mail. Biometrics scheduled for 12/18, USCIS Manhattan office

Doing my biometrics this Friday will do an early walk in at the Hackensack NJ office

It's funny - I just realised there are two systems, for whatever reason. So on my.uscis.gov both the I-485 and I-765 now show "fingerprint review completed" 12/04. On egov.uscis.gov just the I'765, dated 12/6.

Who knows. It's something to pass the time ...

Are you able to look at your cases on egov.uscis.gov? I am able to log on after a second attempted and then, I get a validation error when i click on any of my cases.

November filler here for my wife.

Package was received by USCIS 11/01/2018 !
We received our biometrics appt for 11/26. Unfortunately, a week prior, she lost her passport/visa so we went in with a copy of her national ID and a photocopy of her passport and the officer told us that this was not enough as she needed her passport.

We drove to Rhode Island on 11/27 as the consulate in this state gave us her passport the same day. (Maryland to Rhode Island).

We went back 11/28 and successfully got her biometrics exams.

as of now 12/12, the online websites shows no updates.

Hopefully the 2 day delay (which looks like looking at other cases) it should not really impact the process.

small update,

i checked the case status for one of my forms and it says "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview".

Hopefully this doesnt take long to actually get an interview date!

I get a validation error. I also searched for 500 receipts at a time on the case tracker app and it seems that all cases have a validation error. Does anyone else see the same?

Clear your cache in your browser or try a different browser. I'm using Google Chrome and it's working just fine for me.

I opened an account on the website above and it works just fine.

If no, try back another day. Hopefully it's just isolated issue.

Had an RFE text message on Thursday annoyingly it doesn’t say what evidence they want in the text message however they said the letter is posted and will have the info requested within - I’ll keep you all posted!

this is part of the reason I did things with my lawyer, I was afraid they would send me back documents for not doing it correctly (not saying you did).

But hope it came be something easily submittable!

Great to hear ! Hopefully they update it quickly. Ours took a few days for it to update

Also got an RFE for my I864 (dated 12/10, received 12/15). Even though I provided an IRS Tax Return transcript for last three years, which i864 instructions say can be submitted instead of 1040 + W2, the RFE asks for my 1040 and W2. I'm just sending them back absolutely everything: my tax return, W2, IRS Tax Return Transcript, IRS Wage & Income Transcript... also including a re-signed form and my paystubs and employment verification letter again, just in case.

Sending this all out today, should get there Friday, interesting to see how much this will delay us.
