I may be wrong but I don?t see in your post any concerns that your wife is sick and might need help. Nor do I see any motivation from you to seek medical/psychiatric help for your wife if in fact her mental illness is the reason she want an annulment.
All you care about is your green card, really? Where is the ?for better or worse? vow?
    Anyway, good luck with everything.

My lawyer told me that my wife is going to win the annulment because she is bipolar and she takes a lot of medication during the marriage time. My question is .if my wife got the annulment I'm gonna be able to remove the condition on my green card?
Why not get a divorce instead of an annulment? An annulment nullifies a marriage, it's like it never existed. How can you prove a good faith marriage during I-751 (or AOS) interview if the marriage never existed? I hope your lawyer is a competent one to help you through your I-751 journey. Good luck!

It's possible to remove conditions based on the marriage having been terminated by annulment.
