7 months ago Processing time for miami was October 10, 2016, then by **** * passes to May 2016,
after a long time was December 28, 2016, from this morning a jump back six months, why are you doing this?
how do you understand something?

The case inquiry date is not the same as the date they are currently processing. It simply means that if you filed your case before that date, then it is considered outside normal processing times and you may submit a Service Request (SR) to inquire.
