AOS Rejected For Improper filling

On the 16th of october 2018 i submitted my aos packet. On the 19th it was received but rejected
due to improper filling. The website says it the packet was mailed back to me on the 19th but i
have not received anything from usps. Is this normal for rejected applications?

My was rejected because they claim they didn't receive payment. They claim they sent me a notification, but I've never received it. The worst part is that they only rejected my case 4 months later. I'm waiting for my package, so i can start all over again.
I think you should call them and ask whta's going on. I'ts been over a month and should've received it back. I know it's not very helpful when you call, but it was the reason why they updated my status saying it got rejected.

I would sign up for USPS informed delivery to make sure you keep tabs on your mail. It's possible that you used an outdated form. Regardless of the reason, take this as an opportunity to triple check everything and overload your AOS package with evidence of bona fide marriage.
