Yes, I hear you and feel the frustration like you do. Mine is more than 90 days and still nothing.

It is very frustrating, the IO that interviewed us said that we will know the decision within 90 days, so currently we just have been waiting for more than 30 days, it's not the max yet I guess, but still it's very tired waiting on the update from them TT_TT. I wanted to make an infopass but it's impossible in Houston Field, there's no available days and I've been keeping an eye if there's any available every single day . I guess, we might just wait a little bit more since it's holiday season now, the process might be slower than normal *hopefully* :<

The best time to secure an appointment is right at midnight. Enlist the help of your spouse and use two phones, or multiple computers.

Yup, so stressful. I made 2 Service Requests (10/4 and 11/5) via level 2 officer and both showing "not currently assigned". Then Infopass on 11/14. Until now, nothing! I guess it will delay further due to this holiday. When is this waiting going to end!?!

I can NOT even imagine, after waiting for a year for interview to be scheduled, to have difficulties even after the interview! Wishing everyone speedy process! Its must be so painful, I really feel bad for anyone, who has to wonder...i was approved on th spot, pleasent interview and got all updates as soon as i left USCIS. Im sure many factors come into place, every case is surely very different and unique. We had a long marriage, a daughter and prob a great IO, who was working on our case, because there wasnt much, that could be questioned in our case. Although, I am/was overstayed...that didnt seem to play any part in this. The marriage itself is crucial, I think. If it is in fact very legitimate long term relationship. We had a co-sponsor. So it wasnt necessarily flawless , but the marriage itself is solid. And that ultimately decides. Neither of us was married before, both have only child together. If they are holding your cases, they are most likely still checking things out, or in an unlikely scenario , the IO forgot and didnt finish up your case . Did you all get just a verbal approval? If so, that doesnt mean, its been approved just yet. We got a letter from our IO ?hand delivered at the interview? notice of interview results! If you have that letter in hand, its really approved, although even that says ? your case has been recomended for approval?. It has the name of our IO, what category my green card is etc. I received my green card 4 days after the interview, where the approval letter came a week after the interview. So it just shows, the approval letter is just a fomality, since green card is produced even before i receive the official approval letter.

That was my experience. Wishing everyone fast results!
